It's happening!

I accepted a good offer on my house today!
The couple who are buying it are very happy and excited and it absolutely feels that they are the right people to be the next owners of this house.
I realise we have a number of trials associated with house selling to negotiate but I am so ready for this!
I am clearing my house and getting everything ready for the exciting day sometime soon when I move on to the next chapter of my life.
