Exciting times!

Well I have lived in my house for over 10 years now but the time has come for me to move on. Clarrie and Jack have moved out and are doing well at Uni and I don't need a 3 bedroom house. I have informed the Housing Association and appointed a Solicitor and so very soon now the wheels will be put in motion.
I have loved living here but it is time to move on.
I am hopeful that the house will sell quickly. Ideally the Summer Holidays would be an excellent time to move.
I hope the house will be sold to a family who will enjoy living here as much as I have. It is a peaceful place to live and yet is within easy walking distance of Canterbury so it provides the best of both Worlds!
