I have really enjoyed doing this. It has encouraged me to look at the happy times in my life and there are many I realise. All I do is look through photo's and post up a photo that reminds me of a happy day in my life.
Doing this has made happy days happy and tougher days easier and I genuinely think it has made me feel more positive in general.
I worry less, smile more and it has been easy and so I have decided to work on another #100happydays and will be posting the pictures up on Facebook
again.
Here's to the next 100!
(P.S this was not a happy day for Burt as he had to go to the DOG WASH!!!!)
