baked potatoes

I am a big fan of baked potatoes. I just had one for my dinner this evening. They remind me of Autumn and camp fires and being cosy.
I also love dumplings. They are delicious in a vegetable stew. I think I will be making some this weekend. On Sunday I had a delicious Apple Charlotte and I am thinking I might make some this weekend and I am starting to think about chestnuts.
In short I fully feel Autumnal. I like Autumn with the falling leaves and the beautiful colours.
Pumpkins are also associated with this time of year. I think I will make my own lantern for Halloween!
