Living in the present

It sounds easy doesn't it, living in the present because that is where we are now. I find myself drifting into the past and the future a lot in my minds and the memories and thoughts can be very vivid. I think that the older you become the greater the temptation to live in the past as more and more memories are made. When you are young it is tempting to look to the future trying to reach goals and fulfil dreams. Living in the present is a lot tougher than it is cracked up to be. It is good though when you manage it as you feel completely alive and appreciative of where you are right now.
