I wonder how all the children across the land have settled/ are settling into term 5. A lot of students are revising and taking exams this term and next term which does add to the pressure for many. I have a feeling time is going to fly though. The pupils will be trying to work out what their new school/year group will be like next year. I can remember when I was a reception teacher the children thought their teacher was virtually the centre of their school world until they found out who they were getting in 'year 1' and then the reception teacher becomes 'ancient history' as they try to impress their new teacher!
I think some children in their final weeks in school become 'big fish in small ponds' and they are eager to move onto their next school.
